FSEI shines the spotlight on... Vaughan Phillips

In 1998, Bell Equipment sent Vaughan Phillips to Con-Equip for a job assignment, and the Nevins family were so impressed by his professionalism and quality of work, they offered him a job in Houston. He accepted, and in March of 1999, Vaughan became a South African Texan.

Vaughan has extensive experience in product support and repair, beginning with his apprenticeship to Bell Equipment from 1992-1996. He began as a field technician for FSEI, and was recently promoted to Shop Service Manager in FSEI's home office in Houston.

"Vaughan is a valuable member of our company," says Mitch Nevins, Chief Operating Officer of FSEI. "He's good at what he does, and he never loses his cool. We're very glad he's part of the FSEI team."

Vaughan and his wife Terry, who also works at FSEI, were married in December of 1998. They have two daughters, Kaitlyn, 5 years old and Jordan, 18 months old
